software.Namesthatcanbeobtained

areaccountsregisteredonthespecied

computer.

Note!

 •Accesspermissionforthespecied

computerisrequired.

 •Ifthenamesofusersthatarealready

registeredtotheprinterandthose

registeredtothecomputerare

duplicated,theprinterinformationis

notimported,andonlynamesthatare

notduplicatedareadded.

CheckthattheprinterpowerisON.

Starttheserversoftware.

Clickthe[Policy]menu>[EditPolicy].

Clickthe[LoginName]tab.

Select[Server/Network]asthe

registrationmethod.

Click[Server].

Selectthecomputerfromwhichthelogin

namesareacquired.

Selecttheloginnamethatyouwantto

addsettingsfromthelistto.

Selecttheuserestrictionsthatyouwant

to use.
