Starttheserversoftware.

Clickthe[Policy]menu>[EditPolicy].

Clickthe[Document]tab.

Selectthedocumentnamethatyouwant

toaddsettingsfromthelistto.

Selecttheuserestrictionsthatyouwant

to use.

EnablePrinting

Allowsprinting.

PrintinMono

Whencolorprintingisexecuted,printingisoutput

inmonochrome.

DisableColorPrinting

Cancelscolorprinting.Ifthereiscolordatapart-

waythroughaprintjob,allprintingfromthat

pointonwardsiscancelled.

DisablePrinting

Cancelsprinting.
