6.3 protocol-vlan group

Description

The protocol-vlan group command is used to add the port to a specified

protocol group. To remove the port from this protocol group, please use no

protocol-vlan group command.

Syntax

protocol-vlan group

Interface Configuration Mode (interface fastEthernet / interface range

fastEthernet / interface gigabitEthernet / interface range gigabitEthernet/

Privilege Requirement

Only Admin, Operator and Power User level users have access to these

commands.

Example

Add Gigabit Ethernet port 1/0/20 to protocol group 1:

T1700G-28TQ(config)#interface gigabitEthernet 1/0/20

T1700G-28TQ(config-if)#protocol-vlan group 1

Description

The show protocol-vlan template command is used to display the

information of the Protocol-based VLAN templates.
