LimitedWarranty:Fellowes,Inc.(“Fellowes”)warrantsthepartsofthemachinetobefreeof
defectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandprovidesserviceandsupportfor2yearsfromthedate
ofpurchasebytheoriginalconsumer.Felloweswarrantsthecuttingbladesofthemachinetobe
freefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfor30yearsfromthedateofpurchasebythe
originalconsumer.Ifanypartisfoundtobedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod,yoursoleand
exclusiveremedywillberepairorreplacement,atFellowes’optionandexpense,ofthedefective
part.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyincasesofabuse,mishandling,failuretocomplywithproduct
usage standards, shredder operation using an improper power supply (other than listed on
label),orunauthorizedrepair. Fellowesreserves theright to chargethe consumers forany
additionalcostsincurredbyFellowestoprovidepartsorservicesoutsideofthecountrywherethe
shredderisinitiallysoldbyanauthorizedreseller.ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY,INCLUDINGTHATOF
MERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,ISHEREBYLIMITEDINDURATION
TOTHEAPPROPRIATEWARRANTYPERIODSETFORTHABOVE.InnoeventshallFellowesbeliable
foranyconsequentialorincidentaldamagesattributabletothisproduct.Thiswarrantygivesyou
