Paper Jam Tray 1

Paper Jam Rear
Clear the jammed paper from the indicated area. See Paper jams and how to
clear them on page 77.
Toner Life End See Replacing the toner cartridge on page 54.
Toner Low Buy a new toner cartridge and have it ready for when the Toner Life End status
is indicated.
Cartridge Error Make sure the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly is installed properly.
Fuser Cover is Open Close the fuser cover located behind the back cover of the printer.
Drum Life End Soon The drum unit is near the end of its life. Buy a new drum unit to replace the current
one. See Replacing the drum unit on page 61.
Drum Error See Cleaning the corona wire on page 69.
If your LED's still shows the same error indication after you have cleaned the
corona wire, replace the drum unit with a new one. See Replacing the drum
unit on page 61.
Service Call Check the LED indication to identify the error. See Service call
indications on page 44.
