In Minimanager the printed pad area will show up.
Check the 1.5” lens. Clean if necessary and reinsert it.
The 1,5” lens is mandatory for production of multi color pads.
Insert the physical tray with the corresponding pad in the correct position and start the process in
MiniManager.
Check the pad cut by Rayjet to proof the foam rubber is cut trough correctly. If you face any
troubles, please refer to sections “4.8.3 Adjust the parameters for pad cutting”.
For information according further processing in Multi Color Jet please refer to section “4.5 First
Inking”.
The rubber plate can be sent as usual (If necessary, refer to Rayjet manual for details), and as with
Trotec Speedys, can be processed while the Multi Color Jet is inking the pads.
