Power unit
Removing the electrical component
1. Disconnect the pulser coil connectors 1,
ground lead and charge coil connectors
2.
2. Remove the spark plug caps from the
spark plugs.
3. Disconnect the CDI unit connectors, and
then remove the bracket 3.
4. Remove the ground leads 4.
5. Remove the ignition coil 5, CDI unit 6,
Rectifier ground lead and Rectifier 7
(WH, W, WC).
6. Remove the ground lead 8, collars 9
and dampers 0.
7. Remove the starter motor q and starter
relay w (WH, W, WC).
8. Remove the neutral switch e (WH, WC)
and bracket r.
9. Remove the magnet base t.
10. Remove the pulser coils y, charge coil
u and light coil i.
11. Remove the plate o, retainer p and
retainer a.
