Part 5 Troubleshooting
10. Reboot
If buttons do not respond or cannot be shut down, please press and hold the reset button with a needle inserted for 1 second, and the
robot will be powered off and rebooted.
The power light flashes red quickly when the robot is not working properly. It will also play a voice prompt when a fault occurs. Please
refer to the instruction sheet below.

Please check if the radar is stuck. The laser radar is blocked or stuck.
The collision sensor is stuck.
The cliff sensor is triggered.
Remove the obstacle, move the robot to an open
area and restart it.
Please check the bumper.

Please wipe the cliff sensor and stay
away from the dangerous area before
starting the robot.

Please check the main brush. The main brush is stuck.
The side brush is stuck.
The main wheel is stuck.
The 2-in-1 watertank is not in place.
Low battery during cleaning.
The fan is having a problem.
The ToF wall sensor is having a problem.
The radar's upper cover is stuck.
The battery is having a problem.
Low battery or incompatible room
temperature.
1. The base is not powered on.
2. Charging contacts and dust collection
induction are dirty.
3. Poor contact of the charging contacts.
The base is blocked, or the distance
is too far.
Program error.
Main brush/side brush or main wheel
entangled with foreign objects.
Clean the main brush, prevent it from being entangled.
Please check the side brush. Clean the side brush, prevent it from being entangled.
Please check the main wheel. Clean the main wheel, prevent it from being entangled.
Low battery, starting to charge. Low battery, please charge before cleaning.
The fan is having a problem. Please try to shut it down and restart.
Please wipe the ToF wall sensor.

Radar's upper cover is being pressed.
The radar is pressed down or stuck. Please move it
to an open area and restart it.
The battery is damaged or not
installed.
Battery temperature is too high or too low, please
wait 30 minutes before cleaning.

Battery runs low, charge it before use. Besides, do
the cleaning at 0~40°C temperature.
Cannot charge.
1. Make sure that the power cable cord of the base
is connected to the power source.
2. Clean the charging contacts of the robot and the
charging contacts and dust collection induction of
the base.
3.Check if there is poor contact caused by side brushes
or other foreign objects.
Failed to charge, cannot find the base.
Take out the 2-in-1 watertank.
Reinstall the 2-in-1 watertank and filter, confirm
they are in place.
Settle the base in an open area, then place the
robot nearby and try again.
Irregular behavior.
Press the Reset button to restart after it is powered
off.
Making noises irregularly during
cleaning.
Shut down the robot and check if there are
foreign objects entangled.
