Part 6 Basic parameters
When the base occurs a problem, the three icons on the LCD screen will be on at the same time. Please refer to the following instruction.

Decreased cleaning ability or spilled
dust & dirt.
The dustbin is full, or the filter is
blocked, or the main brush is entangled.
Clean the dustbin, filter, and main brush regularly.
Scheduled cleaning does not work.
Insufficient power.
When the remaining power is greater than 30%, the
scheduled cleaning can be started.
Cannot connect to the APP. Unstable Wi-Fi network, wrong Wi-Fi
password or APP error.
Make sure the robot cleaning in an area with good
Wi-Fi signal. Make sure the Wi-Fi password is correct.
Or try to restart the router and update the APP.
No or little water when mopping.
The water tank is short of water, or the
mop is dirty, or the mopping module is
not installed properly.
Check whether there is water in the water tank, clean
the mop, and install the mop correctly according to
the instructions. Only clean water is allowed to be
added in the water tank. Check whether the water
outlet is blocked by foreign objects.
Too much water when mopping.
The water tank cover is not closed, or
the water tank is broken.
Confirm that the water tank cover is closed, then check
whether there is damage or leakage on the water tank.
The robot returned to charge due to
insufficient power. But resume
cleaning cannot start even after the
battery is fully charged.
The robot is in the Do Not Disturb mode.
In DND mode or manually putting the robot back to
the base instead of letting it go back automatically
when returning, it will not resume cleaning.
Cannot return to the base after
cleaning.
The base has been moved to another
room after starting the cleaning.
It is recommended to start cleaning from the base and
do not move the base after the cleaning starts.

The disposable dust bag is not installed
or not installed properly. Fan of the base
failure or fan overheating protection is
triggered.
Install the disposable dust bag and try to clean the
dust again after 30 minutes.
Dust bag is full or blocked.

Replace the disposable dust bag, clean the dust
suction port, dust passage, fan filter of the base
regularly.
