C. ECDIS Library and API Development
The MPC-122-K-ECDIS is approved for ECDIS. To receive ECDIS approval, each individual computer must be
measured, with the measurements stored individually in each computer. Each computer will have its own RGB
table consisting of the colors and backlight values required by the customer’s ECDIS application. Note that you
should NOT disconnect the computer from the panel of the MPC-122-K. If the computer and panel are
disconnected, the ECDIS API Library will not work.
This appendix explains how to install the ECDIS API and the contents of the ECDIS API. The following topics are
