Turn on the laser and wait for referencing.

Select the pad which you have selected on the computer before to use for your first job (e.g. 5206).

Put the according pad frame on the tray, insert the pad and place the tray on the working table of

the laser.

Make sure that the tray is positioned properly and touches the rulers well.

Check the 1.5” lens. Clean if necessary and reinsert it (round side up on Speedy 100!).

1,5” lens is mandatory for production of multi color pads due to auto focus.

Close the top cover of the laser.

In JobControl click on

to connect the laser with JobControl.

When the connection is ready, click on Start

to run the job you positioned on the plate of

JobControl.

After pressing “Start” in JobControl, the table of the laser is moving upwards and stopping

automatically in the focus position of the 1,5” lens.

When this focus move is finished, the laser starts to cut. Each line is cut three times to separate

and seal the foam perfectly.
