Faulty and/or discarded electrical or electronic
apparatus have to be collected at the appropriate

2. GENERALUSE
This  oodlights are perfect for illuminating a larger
area. Your car for instance when changing wheels, or
as searchlights.
The can be charged either by means of the enclosed
230V-12V adapter other cigar lighter cord.
CHARGING THE FLOODLIGHT
There are two ways to charge this  oodlight.
Never fully discharge the Halogen  oodlight
This shortens the life span of the battery.
By connecting the  oodlight to the 230V mains
Plug one end of the adapter in the back of the
handle.
Plug the other end of the adapter in the (wall)
socket.
By means of the 12V cigar lighterin your car
Plug one end ofthe cord in the back ofthehandle.
Plug the ot her end in the cigar lighter of your car.
3. OPERATION
Depressing the switch will turn on the  oodlight.
Releasing the switch will turn off the  oodlight.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the  oodlight does not function properly, please refer
to the possible causes and relevant solutions listed
below.
The  oodlight does not function
The fuse in the car was defective during charging.
Moke sure the cigar lighter functions properly and
replace the fuse if necessary.
Check the cigar lighter socket for foreign matter
such as tobacco etc.
Remove any dirt from the cigar lighter socket with
awooden pin. Blow clean the socket Never use
metal objects to clean the socket.
Turn the plug inside the socket for better contact.
Check the wiring.
Return the  oodlight to your local SBM Group dealer
to have itchecked or repaired.
The  oodlight is not charged
Charge the oodlight.
• Defective switch
Return the  oodlight to your local SBM Group dealer
to have the switch repaired.
The adapter plug has melted
Poor contact is frequently caused by dirt in the cigar
lighter socket. The high resistance can result in very
high temperatures, making the plastic housing melt.
This may cause short circuit.
To charge, use the adapter or the 12V cord provided
with the  oodlight. The use of different type adapters
may be dangerous.
4. MAINTENANCE
From time to time clean the glass cover in the
oodlight A clean and bright cover ensures
better lighting. If the lamp does not function,
a failure may have occurred. Try recharging the
oodlight.
WARRANTY
The warranty conditions can be found on the separately
enclosed warranty card.
