Operation

Overview

This chapter provides detailed information on operating the VM0202H /

VM0202HB using the panel pushbuttons and IR remote controller.

Front Panel Pushbuttons

Video Output Pushbuttons

To manually select an HDMI source for an HDMI display, use the video output

pushbuttons located on the VM0202H / VM0202HB’s front panel to select the

output and input connections.

Press the video output pushbutton that corresponds to the port, which the

display is connected to. Pressing the pushbutton will cycle between the two

attached HDMI source devices (source 1 and 2) through the display devices.

Connect the rs 232 serial port on the vm0202h vm0202hb to the rs 232 serial port on your computer using a 9 wire straight cable with only pin 2 to pin 2 pin 3 to pin 3 and pin 5 to pin 5 connected 31

The vm0202h vm0202hb s can be configured and controlled via rs 232 commands when connected to a host computer or other device such as a control system this chapter provides information on how to connect to the vm0202h vm0202hb via rs 232 telnet and command syntax 31
You can control and operate the vm0202h vm0202hb using a high end controller or pc to connect to the vm0202h vm0202hb via rs 232 do the following 31
