DEVICE SPECIFICATIONS
Water pumped through the device flows in a thin layer directly within the range of UV-C
ultraviolet radiation, which destroys algae, bacteria and other pathogenic organisms. Ow-
ing to the operation of the sterilizer, water always remains clean in the biological sense,
and fish and plants live in a comfortable and healthy environment – you can forget green
water with algae forever.
Important features, distinguishing the STERILIZERUV:
total submersibility – possibility of application both inside and outside of water tank;
thermal switch (installed in the stabilizer) –in abnormal operating conditions (e.g. when
the stabilizer is covered or the starter is damaged) it shut off power supply to the sterilizer
until it cools down. Restart will take place automatically;
10-meter power supply cord enabling comfortable location of the device;
metal housing ensuring high durability of the device;
universal connectors – enable adaptation of device inlet and outlet diameter do the
plumbing diameter applied in water circulation in the given case.
SAFE OPERATION CONDITIONS
✔ Prior to commencement of installation of the ultraviolet sterilizer please read these
operating instructions carefully. Keep the sterilizer out of reach of children. Make
sure persons unfamiliar with these instructions have no access to the device.
✔ Prior to commencement of installation or maintenance activity on the sterilizer,
make sure it (and the collaborating pump) is disconnected from the mains by pull-
ing the plugs from the sockets.
✔ Prior to commencement of any installation of the sterilizer make sure, by removing
the housing as described in the chapter „Cleaning…”, figure 2 and 3, that the internal
glass elements (quartz pipe and UV fluorescent lamp) are not cracked or broken. If

INTRODUCTION, PURPOSE
Dear Customer, we congratulate you on your excellent choice of high quality ultraviolet
sterilizer, intender for water sterilization in water gardens, garden ponds and fish ponds.
Prior to installation of the device please read these instructions carefully. Persons unfamil-
iar with these operating instructions should NOT operate this device.
