• Use only the removable parts supplied with the
unit. Do not leave the operating unit unattend-
ed, always switch off and unplug the unit when
you do not use it.
• Do not leave the unit lid open during the opera-
tion, except when operating in «ROASTING»
mode.
• To avoid burns by splashing hot oil when the
unit is operating in «ROASTING» mode, do not
bend over the multicooker bowl.
• To avoid injury, do not bend over the steam
release openings or over the bowl. To avoid
getting burned by hot steam, be very careful
when opening the multicooker lid.
• Do not touch the surface of the lid during mul-
ticooker operation, open the lid only by the
handle, having preliminary released the pres-
sure inside the process chamber.
• Keep the pressure control valve, the lid block-
ing system valve and the protection cap clean,
clean them when they get dirty.
• Do not use the multicooker if the silicone ring
gasket on the inner surface of the lid is dam-
aged.
• Never use the unit without the installed bowl,
steam valve, protection cap and silicone ring
and do not switch the multicooker on without
products and sufficient amount of liquid in the
cooking bowl.
• Follow the recommendations for amount of dry
products and liquids.
• Do not use the unit to cook viscous products
(seaweed etc.), as they may soil the pres-
sure control valve and the blocking system
valve and thus create the risk of damage to
the unit.
• Attention! When steam cooking, watch the
level of liquid in the bowl, add water to the
bowl as needed. Do not leave the unit unat-
tended!
• Do not remove the bowl during operation.
• Do not cover the multicooker during operation.
• Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the
carrying handles; unplug the unit, remove the
bowl with products and let the unit cool down
preliminary.
• The body and inner parts of the unit heat up
during the operation. Do not touch them with
open body parts or bare hands; use thermal
protective potholders to take out the hot bowl.
• Clean the unit regularly.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Do not allow children to touch the unit body
and the power cord during the unit operation.
• This unit is not intended for usage by children
under 8 years of age.
• This unit is not intended for usage by people
(including children over 8) with physical, neu-
ral and mental disorders or with insufficient
experience or knowledge. Such persons can
use this unit only if they are under supervision
of a person who is responsible for their safety
and if they are given all the necessary and
understandable instructions concerning the
safe usage of the unit and information about
danger that can be caused by its improper
usage.
• Do not leave children unattended. Do not allow
children to use the unit as a toy.
• For children safety reasons, do not leave poly-
ethylene bags, used as a packaging, unat-
tended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
• To avoid damages, transport the unit in original
package only.
• Never use the unit if the power cord or the
plug is damaged, if the unit works improperly
or after it was dropped. Do not try to repair the
unit by yourself. Contact an authorized service
center for all repair issues.
• Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of
children and disabled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USAGE
ONLY
RULES OF USING OF THE COOKING BOWL (7)
• Use the unit and its parts for the intended
purposes only. Do not use the cooking bowl
by placing it on heating units or cooking sur-
faces.
• Do not replace the bowl with another container.
• Always make sure that the surface of the heat-
ing element (4) and the bottom of the bowl are
clean and dry.
• Do not use the bowl for mixing products. Never
chop products in the bowl to avoid the damage
of the non-stick coating.
• Never leave or keep any foreign objects in the
bowl.
• When cooking food in the bowl, stir it only with
the plastic soup ladle (27) or spatula (28).
• Do not use metal objects that can scratch the
non-stick coating of the bowl.
• When cooking dishes with spices and season-
ings, wash the bowl right after cooking.
• To avoid damage of the non-stick coating,
do not put the bowl into cold water right
after cooking; let the bowl cool down prelimi-
narily.
