Watch the cooking process, switch the unit off
when the food is ready. Do not leave the unit
unattended.
Do not open the lid during the operation in the
«BAKING» program.
In the «ROASTING» program, the unit oper-
ates similarly to a kitchen stove, always
watch the cooking process and leave the
lid open.
The «Multimode 1» and «Multimode 2» pro-
grams are intended for advanced users with
sufficient cooking experience.
See recipes of dishes in the recipe book
(supplied with the unit). All recipes are to
be taken as recommendations, as the
required amount and proportions of the
ingredients may vary depending on local
peculiarities of the food and altitude above
sea level. Adjust the cooking duration by
yourself depending on the amount and qual-
ity of the products.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature, it is necessary to keep it for at
least two hours at room temperature before
switching on.
Unpack the unit, remove any stickers and
package materials that can prevent multicook-
er operation.
Place the multicooker on a flat, heat-resistant
surface away from all kitchen heat sources
(such as gas cooker, electric cooker or cook-
ing unit).
Place the multicooker keeping at least a 20 cm
gap between the multicooker body and the
wall and a 30-40 cm gap above the unit.
Do not place the multicooker close to the
objects that can be damaged by the released
steam of high temperature.
Attention! Do not place the unit near bath
tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled
with water.
Open the lid (8). To do this, take the handle
(13) and turn the lid clockwise, matching the
mark
on the lid with the mark on the unit
body, and then lift the lid.
Remove the lid (8) from the unit body. To do
this, open the lid and turn it, removing it from
the fastener.
Carefully remove the protection cap (12) and
the silicone ring (9).
Remove the cooking bowl (7).
Wash all removable parts in warm water with a
neutral detergent: the bowl (7), the lid (8), the
silicone ring (9), the protection cap (12), steam
cooking basket (26), the soup ladle (27), the
spatula (28) and the measuring cup (29). Rinse
all the parts under running water and dry them
thoroughly.
Clean the unit body (1) with a damp cloth, then
wipe it dry.
Install the silicone ring (9) inside the lid (8),
inserting the ledges on the ring (9) into the
grooves on the inner side of the lid (8).
Install the protection cap (12) back to its
place.
Insert the ledge on the lid (8) into the groove
on the handle (6) and turn the lid till bumping.
USE OF THE MULTICOOKER
1. Put the food into the bowl (7) following the
recipe (see the Recipe book).
Note: Make sure that the level of ingredients
and liquids does not exceed the maximal mark
«1 and is not lower than the minimal mark
«2». The maximal level mark for porridges
(except rice) is «8»
General example of loading products and
water (rice is considered as example)
Measure rice with the measuring cup (29) (one
measuring cup contains approximately 160 g rice),
wash it and place in the casserole.
The water level required for a certain amount of
rice (measured in cups «CUP») is given on the
scale inside the bowl (7). Pour water up to the cor-
responding mark.
Example: After putting four measuring cups of
rice, pour water till the mark «4 CUP» (4 cups).
For liquid porridges it is recommended to use rice
and water in the proportion 1:3.
2. Place the bowl (7) in the process chamber.
Make sure that the outer surface of the bowl
is clean and dry, and the bowl itself is placed
evenly and is in secure contact with the surface
of the heating element (4).
Notes:
Do not use the bowl (7) for washing cere-
als and do not chop products in it, this can
damage the non-stick coating.
Make sure that there are no foreign
objects, dirt or moisture in the process
chamber and on the bottom of the bowl (7).
Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of
the bowl (7) dry before use.
In the middle of the heating element (4)
there is a temperature sensor (5). Make
sure that the movement of the sensor is
not limited.
3. If you steam products, pour water into the
bowl (7) so that boiling water doesn’t reach
the bottom of the basket (26). Put the food
