4. Close the lid (8) and then turn it counterclock-
wise, matching the marks

Note: Opening and closing of the lid is
accompanied by a sound signal.
5. Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
You will hear a sound signal, the «- - -» sym-
bols will be flashing on the display (3).
6. Select the cooking program by pressing one of
the buttons (20), the default cooking duration
will appear on the display (3).
7. Use the buttons (18) «-» / «+» to set the cook-
ing duration (see the table «Cooking pro-
grams» for available settings).
8. The program «Multimode 1» allows to set
not only the cooking duration, but also the
pressure level inside the process chamber. To
select the pressure level (low, medium or high
pressure), press the «PRESSURE» button (21)
consequently, the selected pressure level will
be shown with the glowing indicator (24).
Note: If you have selected a different cooking
program, skip the step 8.
9. The program «Multimode allows to set not
only the cooking duration, but also the cooking
temperature. To select the temperature (from
+40°С to +160°С), press the «TEMPERATURE»
button (19) consequently. The glowing indica-
tor (23) will show the set temperature value.
Note: If you have selected a different cooking
program, skip the step 9.
10. In programs with available delayed start
function, you can set the time after which the
cooking will be finished. To do this, press the
«DELAYED START» button (16), the indicator
(17) will be flashing and the display will show
the time by default exceeding the cooking
duration by 30 minutes (for example, if the
cooking duration is 20 minutes, the display will
show the indications «0:50»). Use the buttons
(18) «-» / «+» to select the delayed start time
in hours. Press the «DELAYED START» button
(16) and then set the delayed start time in
minutes.
Note: See the list of programs with available
delayed start function in the table «Cooking
programs».
If you want to start cooking immediately, skip
step 10.
11. Press the «START» button (22), you will hear
three sound signals and the unit will start oper-
ating in the set mode.
Notes:
If the «START» button (22) is inactive, check if
the lid (8) is in the position
.
To cancel the selected settings before cook-
ing starts, press the «CANCEL» button (25).
During the operation in the delayed start
mode, the indicator (17) is lighting, and the
display shows the remaining cooking time.
When the unit starts cooking, the indicator
(17) goes out.
After switching to the cooking mode, the unit
will start making necessary conditions (tem-
perature and pressure), at the same time an
animated picture will appear on the display.
When the required temperature and pressure
level is reached, the remaining cooking time
indications appear on the display.
The clicks during the cooking process indicate
that the thermostat maintains the preset cook-
ing temperature. It is normal.
12. When cooking is finished, you will hear a sound
signal and the unit will be automatically switched
to the keep warm mode. The «MAINTAIN to»
button (25) indicator will light up.
13. To cancel the keep warm mode, press the
«CANCEL» button (25), the symbols «- -
will be flashing on the display (3).
Note: You can manually switch the unit from
the standby mode (symbols «- – - on the
display) to the keep warm mode. To do this,
press the «MAINTAIN to» button (25) in the
standby mode.
14. Unplug the unit after you finish using it.
15. Before opening the lid, release excessive
steam and excessive pressure (for any cook-
ing program). To do it, press the button (14).
Make sure that the valve (11) has descended
to the lower position.
Attention: Be very careful, the released steam
is very hot!
Attention! To avoid burns and injuries, do not
touch the lid (8) or bend over the valve (10)
during the multicooker operation and when the
steam is released.
16. If you unplug the multicooker after cooking
and wait for some time, the cooked products
will start to cool down and the pressure in the
multicooker will start decreasing. After some
time press the pressure release button (14).
It is recommended to decrease pressure this
way when cooking vegetables, milk porridges
or foaming products.
17. When no more steam is released from the
valve (10), you can open the lid. Take the
handle (13) and turn the lid counterclockwise
till bumping and then open the lid.
18. Using heat-resistant potholders, remove the
bowl (7) from the process chamber. If you have
cooked a small amount of food, the bowl (7)
