REMOVAL

• Loosen the axle nut .

• Raise the rear wheel off the ground and support the motorcy-

cle with a jack or wooden block.

• Remove the axle nut and draw out the rear axle.

• Remove the rear wheel by disengaging the drive chain.



• Remove the collar .

• Remove the brake disc .

• Remove the collar .

• Loosen the rear sprocket mounting bolt and separate the rear

sprocket  from its mounting drum .

• Draw out the rear sprocket mounting drum  from the wheel

hub.

• Remove the rear sprocket mounting drum retainer .

Do not operate the brake pedal with the rear wheel

removed.
