DGS-3048 Gigabit Ethernet Switch Manual
Parameter Description
Sequence
A counter incremented whenever an entry to the Switch's history log is made. The
table displays the last entry (highest sequence number) first.
Time
Displays the time in days, hours, and minutes since the Switch was last restarted.
Log Text
Displays text describing the event that triggered the history log entry.
Reset
The following window is used to reset the Switch to the default settings.
Reboot System
The following window is used to restart the Switch.
All of the configuration information entered from the last time Save Changes was executed, will be lost. Click the Reboot
button to restart the Switch.

Save Changes
The DGS-3048 has two levels of memory, normal RAM and non-volatile or NV-RAM. Configuration changes are made
effective by clicking the Apply button. When this is done, the settings will be immediately applied to the switching software
in RAM, and will immediately take effect.
