2. On the Update license dialog box, export the server information of the
RCMMS by using one of the three following methods:
Scan the QR code to display the *.sid raw data on a mobile device.
Click Download SID to save an *.sid file onto the PC.
Copy the *.sid raw data by clicking Show Raw Data > Copy Data.
3. Provide the *.sid file or raw data to your local dealer to apply for and
purchase an RCMMS license, with the number of ports desired.
4. After receiving the *.lic license file from the local dealer, save it onto your
PC and import it into the RCMMS by selecting it via Browse under Import
License.
Once the license is successfully activated, users are able to add, manage,
monitor, and access the number of RCM KVM ports as permitted by the license
purchased.
