RCMMS User Manual

Group Name: Define a group name for the group to be created.
Users: Select the user(s) for the group to be added in.
Select Group Devices: For Normal User only, select the RCM devices
the group is able to access.
View only: Optionally turn on the view only toggle
to deny
configuration rights of certain RCM devices.
3. Once finished, click Save. The RCMMS user group is created.
Editing User Groups
To edit an user group, select it and click the Edit button .
Deleting User Groups
To delete user group(s), select the user group(s) and click the Delete button
.
Exporting / Importing User Groups
The Export / Import functions allow administrators to export all user groups,
into a user list in*.ugd format, for user groups backup and importing into
another RCMMS.
