Screen Components
The screen components are described in the table below
No. Item Description
A Sidebar Menu The main selection menu for switching views between the
following function pages:
Panel Array: Manages and monitors all RCM devices
added.
RPA Scripts: Allows users to define RPA (robotic
process automation) scripts to be executed according to
a specified schedule.
User & User Group: Administrator accounts only,
allows users to manage user, user group, and
privileges.
Settings: Contains the various system settings of the
RCMMS, such as panel array, and system settings, and
its logs.
Managed & Search Devices: Administrator accounts
only, allows users to manage and reboot devices.
B Interactive Display This section is your main work area, which reflects the item
of sidebar menu selected.
1 File Contains the following:
New: Clears the current database.
Open: Relaunches RCMMS with a previously-saved
database.
Save as: Saves the current settings as a database file.
Exit: Exits and closes RCMMS.
2 Help Contains the following:
Update License: See Licensing, page 5.
About: Displays the information of the RCMMS
3 Notification If there are notifications, the bell icon is displayed with a
red dot.
The information displayed here depends on the user’s
permission.
Clicking this icon displays the notifications, from oldest to
newest.
Click on a notification to jump to the Warning panel.
Click Remove all to clear all notifications.
4 User Information Displays the name and account type of the user currently
logged in and the login time.
5 Log out Logs out of the RCMMS.
