View only: Optionally turn on the view only toggle
to deny
configuration rights of certain RCM devices.
3. Once finished, click Save. The RCMMS user account is created.
Editing User Accounts
To edit an user account, select it and click the Edit button .
Deleting User Accounts
To delete user account(s), select the user account(s) and click the Delete button
.
Exporting / Importing User Accounts
The Export / Import functions allow administrators to export all user
accounts, into a user list in*.xlsx format, for user accounts backup and
importing into another RCMMS.
Editing Exported User List
When a User List is exported, the existing user account is hidden from the
Encrypt_User_Table tab of the excel file.
To create new users to be batch added to the RCMMS, upon importing the User
List, select the Text_User_Table tab, and fill in the required fields, as described
below.
