About this Manual
This manual is provided to help you get the most out of your RCMMS system.
It covers all aspects of the software, including installation, configuration and
operation.
An overview of the information covered in each chapter is provided below.
Chapter 1, Introduction, introduces you to the RCMMS system, its
purpose, features and benefits, along with its front and back panel components.
Chapter 2, Installation and Licensing, provides step-by-step
instructions for installing the RCMMS.
Chapter 3, Interface and Operation, explains the user interface of the
RCMMS and goes over its basic operations.
Chapter 4, Script, explains how to set RPA (robotic process automation)
scripts that can be executed either manually or according to the schedules set.
Chapter 5, Users, explains how to add, edit, delete, and advanced settings
of user accounts and user groups.
Chapter 6, Settings, explains system setting features of the RCMMS.
Chapter 7, Manage & Search Device, explains how to manage and
search for device(s).
Chapter 8, The WinClient Viewer, explains how to use the control panel
of the WinClient viewer.
Appendix,, provides the technical support information.
Note:
Read this manual thoroughly and follow the installation and operation
procedures carefully to prevent any damage to the unit or connected
devices.
