Device / Port Status
The status of each RCM device / port is indicated by icons, as described below.
Device / Port Options
Users can right-click on an RCM device / port for the various options available,
as described below.

Device Icon Description Port Icon
Represents online with active video display.
Represents online but without active video display.
Represents online but no video signal.
Represents online but unable to initiate session.
Represents offline.
Item Description
Edit Edits the RCM device / port.
Add to Panel Array Adds the device / port to a Panel Array. See Panel Array View,
page 13.
Jump to Viewer Selects to view a Panel Array containing the device / port.
Launch WinClient Launches WinClient to access the device port remotely. See The
WinClient Viewer, page 37.
Move to another
Group
Selects to move the device to another Group.
Delete Deletes the RCM device / port.
Item Description
Rename Renames the RCM port.
Add to Panel Array Adds the device / port to a Panel Array. See Panel Array View,
page 13.
Jump to Viewer Selects to view a Panel Array containing the device / port.
Launch WinClient Launches WinClient to access the device port remotely. See The
