Chapter 5
Users
Overview
Administrator accounts only, the Users page allows users to manage user
accounts and privileges.
User
To start, click > User. The following page appears
The User tab provides the following functions:
There are two types of user accounts that can be configured:
Function Description
Create New Creates a user account. See Adding User Accounts, page 24.
Delete Deletes user account(s). See Deleting User Accounts, page 25.
Export Exports user accounts as a *.xlsx file. See Exporting / Importing
User Accounts, page 25.
Import Imports user accounts from a *.xlsx file. See Exporting / Importing
User Accounts, page 25.
AD/LDAP Settings Sets the AD/LDAP configuration. See AD/LDAP Settings,
page 26.
Search Name Searches for specific user account(s) using keywords.
Account Type Description
Administrator Administrators have full access and configuration rights to the
RCMMS and all RCM devices / ports added.
