Hold a Outside Call and Make an Intercom Call

You can put the outside caller on hold and call another station to consult with another staff member.

Press

[Transfer]

button.

The caller will be placed on-hold.

Dial the station number.

Commence conversation with the recipient of

the station call.

Press

[Transfer]

button

to reconnect

to the outside call on hold.

- You can switch between the outside caller and the internal party by pressing the

[Transfer] button.
