OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Remove the power cord plug from mains socket before
commencing any activities related to installation, adjustment,
maintenance or repair of the pump.
Described submersible pump is a high quality and tested product,
which does not require any maintenance. The pump has been
subject to thorough and final quality check at the manufacturer’s
facility. The manufacturer recommends to check the condition of the
pump regularly and carry out necessary operation activities during
the pump operation. Doing so will guarantee long and fault-free
operation of the pump.
If water level drops and sludge or other impurities get into the pump
inlet and dry up, it may cause that the pump will not start. That is
why it is recommended to often check motor of the submersible
pump (by starting up the pump to test it).
In case the pump is often transported during its life time, wash it
with clean water before each restart.
• For stationary installation, check operation of the float switch (2)
from time to time.
• Remove all fibrous impurities that may deposit in the pump casing
with strong stream of clean water.
• Remove sludge from bottom of the well, where the pump is
installed, on a regular basis (preferably every 3 months).
• Use clean water to remove deposition from outer surface of the
pump float switch.
IMPELLER CLEANING
If excessive deposition appears in the pump casing, do the following
to clean:
• Unscrew connector pipe (5), connection (4) and blanking plug (6).
• Use stream of clean water to clean impeller and casing interior.
• Follow specified actions in reverse order to assemble all parts.
All faults should be repaired by service workshop authorized by the
manufacturer.

SICHERER BETRIEB DER TAUCHWASSER FÜR BRAUCHWASSER
• Mit dem Anschluss ans Stromnetz ist eine Elektrofachkraft zu
beauftragen. Der Anschluss ist gemäß IEC 364 auszuführen. In
der festen Elektroinstallation ist ein Differenzstrom-Gerät, das
die Versorgung unterbrechen wird, falls der Leckstrom 30 mA
innerhalb von 30 ms überschreiten wird.
• Der Wasserstrom darf nicht auf Menschen, Elektrogeräte und
die Tauchpumpe selbst gerichtet werden.
• Die Tauchpumpe ist von der Versorgung zu trennen, falls
Wartungsarbeiten vorgenommen werden.
• Die Pumpe darf von Kindern nicht betrieben werden.
• Die Pumpe darf nicht am Netzkabel oder Wasserkabel gezogen
bzw. gehalten. Dafür ist ein rostbeständiges Seil zu verwenden,
das direkt am Pumpengriff angebracht wird.
• Um sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten, sind nur Originalersatzteile bzw.
vom Hersteller genehmigte Ersatzteile zu verwenden.
• Kupplungen und Zubehör des Herstellers sind zu verwenden.
• Die Pumpe darf nicht betrieben werden, falls das Netzkabel bzw.
ein anderes Geräteelement beschädigt ist, z. B. das Differenzstrom-
Gerät, Wasserschläuche usw.
• Wird ein Verlängerungskabel für das Netzkabel verwendet, so
müssen der Stecker und die Steckdose über einen Schutzkontakt
(Erdung) ausgestattet werden.
• Die Pumpe ist zum Gebrauch im Haushalt bestimmt.
• Die Pumpe darf in Innenräumen und draußen gebraucht werden.
• Der Pumpenschwimmer muss beim Betrieb frei auf der
Wasseroberfläche schwimmen, darf auf keine Hindernisse stoßen,
denn seine Sperrung kann zur Beschädigung der Pumpe führen.
• Die Pumpe ist so entworfen, dass alle beweglichen Teile sowie
das Gehäuse für sicheren Betrieb sorgen. Der Hersteller haftet
für keine Schäden, die aus Versuchen, die Konstruktion des
Gerätes zu modizieren, resultieren.
• Die Pumpe darf zum Umpumpen von anderen Flüssigkeiten als
Wasser, z.B. Motorbrennstoffe, Reinigungsmittel oder andere
chemische Waren, nicht verwendet werden.
ACHTUNG! Trotz des Einsatzes einer sicheren Konstruktion, von
Sicherheitseinrichtungen und zusätzlichen Schutzeinrichtungen
besteht stets das Restrisiko einer Verletzung beim Betrieb des
Gerätes.
AUFBAU UND BESTIMMUNG
Die Wasser-Tauchpumpe ist ein Gerät der I. Elektro-Schutzklasse, das
für das Auspumpen des Brauchwassers mit Verunreinigungen mit dem
Durchmesser von max. 20 mm bestimmt ist. Die Pumpe ist für Wasser
bestimmt. Nach der Montage in einem Schacht kann die Pumpe als
Sicherung vor Überflutung dienen. Die Pumpe eignet sich perfekt
zum Entfernen von Wasser aus Garagen, Kellern, Behältern oder
Gräben. Die Pumpe eignet sich zum Umpumpen von Wasser mit der
max. Temperatur von 35
0
C.
Besondere Eigenschaft der Pumpe ist das spezielle Gestell, das
Wasser bis zum Stand von 5 cm abpumpen lässt. Die Pumpe ist
