Set gamma correction

(2) Function: This command specifies the gamma correction tables

according to the output devices.

i = 01H : CRT A / for bi-level data. (γ=1)

i = 02H : CRT B / for multi-level (8-bit) data. (γ=1.8)

i = 03H : User defined table (Ref. ESC z)

i = 00H : Printer A / High density printing.(24-dot mode)

i = 10H : Printer B / Low density printing. (8-dot mode)

i = 20H : Printer C / High contrast printing.

(Image and characters mixed)

Default value : i = 01H
