Parameter Description

State

Select to enable or disable the IPSG’s state for the specified port(s) here.

Validation

Select the validation method used here. Options to choose from are IP and IP-

MAC. Selecting IP means that the IP address of the received packets will be

checked. Selecting IP-MAC means that the IP address and the MAC address of

the received packets will be checked.

Click the Apply button to accept the changes made.

IP Source Guard VLAN Settings

This window is used to display and configure the IPSG VLAN settings.

To view the following window, click Security > IMPB > IPv4 > IP Source Guard > IP Source Guard VLAN Settings,

as shown below:

The fields that can be configured are described below:

Parameter Description

VID List

Enter the VLAN ID list here.

State

Select to enable or disable IPSG on the specified VLAN(s).

Validation

Select the validation method here. Options to choose from are:

• IP - Specifies to check the IP address in the received IP packet.

• IP-MAC - Specifies to check the IP address and the MAC address in the

received IP packet.

Click the Apply button to accept the changes made.

Enter a page number and click the Go button to navigate to a specific page when multiple pages exist.

This window is used to display and configure the IPSG binding settings.
