support
the
moto
rcycle
when
removing
and ins

A
floor
jack or
other
adjustable
support
is
required
to s
upport
and
maneuver
the
engine
.
Do
not
use the
oil
filter
as a jacking point.
The

When
installing
the engine, be sure to tig hten the engine
mounti
ng fasteners to the
specif
ied t
orqu
e in the spec
if
ied
sequence. If you mistake the
tighte
n
tor
que
or sequence,
loosen
all
mounting
fasten ers,
then
tighten
them
again to the spec-
ified torqu e in the correct sequence.
