engine
and rem ove all direct
ignitio

coil
/spark

lug
caps

lugs

Open and su
pport
the
front
end
of
fue
l
tank
(page 3-4).
Toavoid discharg-
ing the battery, do
not operate the
starter
motor
for
more than seven
seconds.
Open
the
thro
ttle
all the
way
and
crank
the
engine w ith the starter
motor
un
til
the gauge reading
sto ps rising.
The ma

is
usually
reached w ithin 4 - 7
seconds.
