5.2.1.1 Basic Interface Properties Command Examples
Use these commands to set LAN settings. Use manager ap vlan ip address to set the LAN
interface to use a static ip address or DHCP. If you set an attribute twice, the latter setting
overrides the previous one.
The following commands configure the LAN Ethernet interface to use IP address 1.1.1.1,
netmask 255.255.255.0, and gateway address 1.2.3.4.
The following command makes the LAN Ethernet interface a DHCP client.
This example sets the LAN Ethernet interface’s management VLAN Id to 100, untagged.
5.3 Ethernet Interface Specific Commands
This section covers commands that are specific to Ethernet interfaces.
The following table identifies the values required for many of these commands. Other input
values are discussed with the corresponding commands.
5.4 Port Commands
This section covers commands that are specific to ports.
