This example adds the OLT to the MST region MSTRegionNorth. MSTRegionNorth is on revision
number 1. In MSTRegionNorth, VLAN 2 is in MST instance 1, and VLAN 3 is in MST instance 2.
CIST_RRootID This field displays the unique identifier for the CIST regional root bridge, consisting
of bridge priority plus MAC address.
CIST_RRootPathCost This field displays the path cost from the root port on this OLT to the CIST regional
root switch.
