21.6 TRTCM Command Examples
This example activates TRTCM on the OLT with the following settings:
• Sets the OLT to inspect the DSCP value of packets (color-aware mode).
• Enables TRTCM on XE port 2 (in slot 3).
• Sets the Committed Information Rate (CIR) to 4000 Kbps.
• Sets the Peak Information Rate (PIR) to 4500 Kbps.
• Specifies DSCP value 7 for green packets, 22 for yellow packets and 44 for red packets.

Enables TRTCM on the specified port(s).

Disables TRTCM on the port(s).

Sets the Commit Information Rate on the
port(s).
trtcm pir <rate>
Sets the Peak Information Rate on the port(s).

Specifies the DSCP value to use for packets
with low packet loss priority.

Specifies the DSCP value to use for packets
with medium packet loss priority.
