9.3 Drain Pump Control
The drain pump is controlled by the ON/OFF buttons (4 button (1) - (4) given in the figure
below).
9.3.1 When the Float Switch is Tripped while the Cooling Thermostat is
ON:
∗1. (Normal operation):
The objective of residual operation is to completely drain any moisture adhering to the fin of the
indoor unit heat exchanger when the thermostat goes off during cooling operation.
∗2. (Error residual):
The remote controller will display "
A3
" and the air conditioner will come to an abnormal stop in 5
minutes if the float switch is turned OFF while the cooling thermo. is ON.
9.3.2 When the Float Switch is Tripped while the Cooling Thermostat is
OFF:
∗3. (Error residual):
The remote controller will display "
A3
" and the air conditioner will come to an abnormal stop if
the float switch is turned OFF and not turned ON again within 5 minutes while the cooling
thermo. is OFF.

- This is a system to conduct efficient heating operation by two stage compression with two compressors connected in series the system is designed to separate gas and liquid with the gas liquid separator incorporated in the function unit to bypass all gas refrigerants that do not contribute to evaporation to the high stage side compressor on the high stage side thus providing increased evaporator efficiency furthermore since the high stage side suction gas temperature falls radiation loss also reduces to provide increased compressor efficiency 16
