THE MEAT GRINDER IS INTENDED FOR HOUSE-
HOLD USAGE ONLY
MEAT GRINDER FEATURES
Reverse mode «Reverse» (R). This function is
used for removing obstructions, which appear
during processing of food products.
Food tray provides convenient food layout dur-
ing processing.
Three grates with openings of different size
are intended for different degrees of grinding.
Special accessories are used for filling sau-
sages, making «kebbe» and fancy biscuit dough.
Vegetable slicer. Slicing, chipping and grate at-
tachments are supplied with the unit.
ATTENTION!
• Before plugging the unit in make sure that the
«ON/0/R» operation mode switch (7) is set to
the position «0».
• Before grinding meat make sure that all
bones and excess fat are removed.
• During the operation use only the pusher (1)
supplied with the unit, to avoid obstructions
do not apply excessive force while pushing
the products with the pusher (1). Do not use
any other objects to push the food through;
never push the products with your fingers.
• Do not immerse the meat grinder body (5)
into water or other liquids.
• When using the «kebbe» attachments (15,
16), do not install the grates (10, 11, 12) and
the blade (9).
• Do not try to process food with hard fiber (for
example, ginger or horseradish) in the meat
grinder.
• If any hard piece of food stops the feeder
screw (8) or cutting blade (9) rotation, imme-
diately switch the meat grinder off and use
the reverse mode «R», i.e. the screw reverse
rotation mode, to remove the obstruction
before starting again.
Switching «Reverse» mode on
• To switch the «Reverse» mode of the screw
(8) reverse rotation on, switch off the unit,
setting the switch (7) to the «0» position, then
set the switch (6) to the «R» position, press
and hold the switch (7) in the position «R».
BEFORE USING THE MEAT GRINDER
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature it is necessary to keep it for at
least two hours at room temperature before
switching on.
• Unpack the meat grinder and remove all
package materials, wipe the unit body (5)
with a slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
• Wash all removable parts with warm water
and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry
thoroughly before assembly.
• Before using the unit for the first time, make
sure that voltage in your mains corresponds
to the operating voltage of the unit.
USING THE MEAT GRINDER
The meat grinder is intended to mince boneless
meat or other products for household use only.
• Assemble the meat grinder and place it on a
flat, stable and dry surface.
• Make sure that ventilation openings on the
body (5) are not blocked.
• Set the operation mode switch (7) «ON/0/R»
to the position «0».
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• Place a suitable bowl under the meat grinder
head (3).
• Before grinding meat make sure that the
meat is fully defrosted, remove excess fat
and bones, and cut the meat into cubes or
strips fitting the mouth of the meat grinder
head (3).
• Set the switch (6) to the position «ON».
• Switch the unit on by setting the switch (7) to
the position «ON».
• Slowly feed the meat pieces into the mouth
of the grinder head (3) using the pusher (1).
• During operation use only the pusher (1) sup-
plied with the unit.
• Do not use any other objects to push meat,
do not push the meat with your hands.
• Do not apply excessive effort while pushing
the meat or other foods.
• Obstructions can appear during meat grind-
ing, use the screw reverse rotation mode
«Reverse» to remove the obstruction.
• The continuous operation time of the food
processing unit should not exceed 5 minutes
with a 15-20 minute subsequent break.
• After you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the operation mode switch
