USING THE «KEBBE» ATTACHMENT
Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked
of lamb meat, wheat flour and spices chopped
together to prepare the base for hollow rolls. The
rolls are stuffed and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various
fillings.
1. Prepare the casing base.
2. Insert the screw (8) into the meat grinder
head body (3), install a «kebbe» attachment
(15, 16) on the screw (8), make sure that the
ledges on the attachment (16) match the
grooves on the meat grinder head body (3)
and tighten the nut (13) slightly. (pic. 5).
3. Install the assembled meat grinder head,
rotating it until the lock (4) clicking and tight-
en the nut (13) completely.
4. Install the food tray (2).
5. Put the prepared casing base on the food
tray (2).
6. Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
7. Switch the unit on, setting the switch (7) to
the «ON» position, the switch (6) should be in
the position «ON».
8. Use the pusher (1) to feed the base for casing.
9. Cut off the rolls of the required length.
10. After you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the operation mode switch
(7) to the position «0» and unplug the unit;
only after that you can disassemble the meat
grinder.
11. To remove the meat grinder head press the
lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head
(3) clockwise and remove it.
12. Unscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the
meat grinder head.
RECIPE
Casing
Lean meat 450g
Flour 150-200 g
Spice to taste
Nutmeg 1 pc.
Ground red pepper to taste
Pepper to taste
• Mince the meat thrice, mince a nutmeg, and
mix all the components.
• More meat and less flour in the casing pro-
vide better consistency and taste of the pre-
pared dish.
• Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as
you wish.
• Deep fry the rolls.
Filling
Lamb 100 g
Olive oil 1½ table spoon
Onion (shred) 1½ table spoon
Spice to taste
Salt ¼ tea spoon
Flour 1½ table spoon
• Mince the lamb meat once or twice.
• Fry onion in oil till it turns gold-yellow, and
then add minced lamb meat, all spice, salt
and flour.
FANCY DOUGH MAKING ATTACHMENT
1. Make dough, for instance, shortcrust.
2. Insert the screw (8) into the meat grinder
head body (3), set the crossed blade (9),
take the grate (12 for fine chopping) and set it
above the blade, matching the ledges on the
grate with the grooves on the meat grinder
head body (3), install the fancy dough mak-
ing attachment (17) and slightly tighten the
nut (13) (pic. 6).
3. Install the assembled meat grinder head,
rotating it until the lock (4) clicking and tight-
en the nut (13) completely.
4. Install the food tray (2).
5. Put the ready dough on the food tray (2).
6. Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
7. Install a profile ledge into the attachment (17)
and select the dough form you like.
8. Switch the unit on, setting the switch (7) to
the «ON» position, the switch (6) should be in
the position «ON».
9. Use the pusher (1) to feed the dough.
10. Cut the ready dough of the required length.
11. After you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the operation mode switch
(7) to the position «0» and unplug the unit;
only after that you can disassemble the meat
grinder.
12. To remove the meat grinder head press the
lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head
(3) and remove it.
