(7) to the position «0» and unplug the unit;

MEAT GRINDING
1. Install the screw (8) into the meat grinder
head (3):
– set the crossed blade (9) on the screw (8);
– select one of the grates (10, 11, 12) and set it
above the blade (9), matching the ledges on
the grate with the grooves on the meat grind-
er head body (3)
– tighten the nut (13) with little force; tighten
the nut (13) completely after installing the
meat grinder head on its place (pic. 1).
Attention!
- Install the blade (9) with its cutting side
facing the grate. If the blade is mounted im-
properly, it will not grind the food products.
- When assembling the meat grinder head,
do not tighten the nut (13) strongly; tighten
the nut (13) completely after installing the
assembled meat grinder head.
- Coarse (10, 11) grates are suited for pro-
cessing raw meat, vegetables, dried fruit,
cheese, fish etc.
- Small grate (12) is suited for processing
both raw and cooked meat, fish etc.
2. Install the assembled meat grinder head (3)
and rotate it till the lock (4) clicking (pic. 2).
3. Tighten the nut (13) completely.
4. Place the food tray (2) on the mouth of the
meat grinder head (3).
5. Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
6. Switch the unit on, setting the switch (7) to
the «ON» position, the switch (6) should be in
the position «ON».
7. During the operation use only the pusher (1)
(pic. 3).
Notes:
- For better meat processing slice it in cubes or
stripes.
- Defrost frozen meat thoroughly.
- During the operation use only the pusher sup-
plied with the unit; do not use any other objects
for pushing meat, do not push meat with your
hands.
8. After you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the operation mode switch
(7) to the position «0» and unplug the unit;
only after that you can disassemble the meat
grinder.
9. To remove the meat grinder head press the
lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head
(3) and remove it.
10. To disassemble the meat grinder head,
unscrew the nut (13) and take out the installed
grate (10, 11 or 12), the blade (9) and the
feeding screw (8) from the meat grinder
head.
FILLING SAUSAGES
1. Prepare minced meat.
2. Insert the screw (8) into the meat grinder
head body (3), set the crossed blade (9),
take the fine grate (12) and set it above the
blade, matching the ledges on the grate with
the grooves on the meat grinder head body
(3), install the sausage attachment (14) and
slightly tighten the nut (13) (pic. 4).
3. Install the assembled meat grinder head,
rotating it until the lock (4) clicking and tight-
en the nut (13) completely.
4. Install the food tray (2).
5. Put the minced meat on the food tray (2).
6. Use natural sausage casing, putting it pre-
liminarily into a bowl with warm water for 10
minutes.
7. Pull softened casing on the attachment (14)
and tie a knot on the casing end.
8. Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
9. Switch the unit on, setting the switch (7) to
the «ON» position, the switch (6) should be in
the position «ON».
10. Use the pusher (1) to feed the minced meat,
as the casing is filled up, slide it off the
attachment (16) as necessary, wet the casing
if it becomes dry.
11. After you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the operation mode switch
(7) to the position «0» and unplug the unit;
only after that you can disassemble the meat
grinder.
12. To remove the meat grinder head press the
lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head
(3) and remove it.
13. Unscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the
meat grinder head.
