Time
The EDS-828 has a time calibration function based on information from an NTP server or user specified Time
and Date information. Functions such as Auto warning “Email” can add real-time information to the message.
NOTE
The EDS
-
828 does not have a real time clock. The user must update the Current Time and Current Date to set
the initial time for the EDS
-828 after each reboot, especially when the network doesn’t have an Internet
connection for NTP server or there is no NTP server on the LAN.

User adjustable time. The time parameter allows configuration of the local time in
local 24-hour format.

daylight saving time begins.

clock should be advanced.
