Remark: Inlet differentional check:
When a unit is on outlet control, then the inlet water temperature is stored in the memory at the moment
the last compressor is stopped by thermostat (not when stopped by safety, change mode...). The unit
will only restart if the thermostat ON is requested and if the inlet evapovator water temperature > stored
value + inldiff.
