2.6 Cable connections
• The bundled system cables are pre-connected before shipment. You do not need to
disconnect these cables unless you remove the pre-installed components to install
additional devices.
• Refer to Chapter 4 for detailed information on the connectors.
Pre-connected system cables
1. VGA connector (connects to rear panel)
2. OCU-USB to USB connector (connects to front I/O board)
3. Power supply PMBus connector (connects to BPPWR12 on storage device backplane)
4. OCU-PCIE to PCIE connector (connects to OCUPCIE1-4 on storage device backplane)
5. LED panel connector (connects to BP12_CON1, BP3_CON1, and BP4_CON1 on
storage device backplanes)
6. System fan connectors (connects to system fans)
