Operation
40 3A6283H
Prime the Material Lines
(Units with heated hose and remote mix
manifold)
1. Follow the Prime the Empty System procedure on
page 34.
2. Follow the Startup/Recirculate procedure on page
36.
3. Close the recirculation handle (AC).
4. Open the dual shutoff handles (AE).
5. Engage the trigger lock (TL). Remove the spray tip.
6. Slowly increase the XP-hf motor air regulator (CB)
enough to cycle the pumps.
7. Disengage the trigger lock (TL) and trigger the gun
into a grounded metal pail while holding the metal
part of the gun firmly against the side of the pail.
Use a pail lid with a hole to dispense through. Seal
around the hole and gun with a rag to prevent
splash-back. Keep fingers away from the front of the
gun.
8. Close the XP-hf motor air valve (CA).
