1. Pour water and oil into the form (5).
2. Add salt and sugar, powdered milk (if specified in
the recipe), then add flour.
3. Make a small cavity in the flour and put yeast into it
(see that yeast does not get wet and come in con-
tact with salt before kneading).
4. Insert the form (5) into the process chamber, turn it
clockwise until bumping and close the lid (3).
5. Press «MENU» button (10) and select the appropri-
ate program.
6. Select loaf weight, degree of crust roasting and
press «START/STOP» button (15).

1. Mash strawberries and sugar with a fork, add lemon
juice, mix.

«Jam and preserves» program.
