Cake
Ingredients Quantity
Wheat flour 1 measuring cup
Sugar 6 table spoons
Butter 6 table spoons
Eggs 4 pc.
Leaven 1 tea spoon
Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
1. Whip eggs with sugar; pour into the form (5).
2. Add softened butter, flour, lemon juice and leaven.
3. Bake after setting the «Cake» program.
Cleaning and care
Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
Wipe the body and lid (3) with a damp cloth.
Wash the baking form (5), paddle (6), measuring
cup (8), spoon (7) and hook (9) in warm water with
a neutral detergent.
Note: If the paddle (6) can not be removed from the
axle, fill the form (5) with warm water and wait for about
30 minutes.
You may also wash the form (5) and the paddle (6) in a
dishwasher.
Dry the form (5) and paddle (6) carefully before fix-
ing them in the bread maker.
Do not immerse the unit, power cord and power
plug into water and other liquids.
Storage
Before storage clean the unit and wait till it is com-
pletely dry.
Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool place.
