2. FRENCH BREAD
Bread making takes more time; the bread has large
porous crumb and crispy crust.
3. WHOLE-WHEAT BREAD
Bake healthful bread of fine or crude flour. It is not
recommended to use the delay function when making
this bread as that may cause undesirable effects.
4. FAST BAKING
Faster bread making process, as compared to the
BASIC MODE. Such bread is usually smaller in size and
has denser crumb.
Attention! Fast-baked bread is baked using soda or
leaven. For the best result put liquid products to the
bottom of the form and dry ones on the top. Clumps
can form on the periphery of the form during the
kneading process; mix the clumps into the dough
using a silicone spatula.
5. SWEET BREAD
Dough kneading, dough rise and fancy bread baking.
Add fruit juice, raisins, dried apricots, coconut flakes
and chocolate to the dough. Longer dough rise
provides a light airy structure of bread.
6. GLUTEN-FREE BREAD
Gluten or fibrin is the albumen found in the seeds of
Gramineae plants (wheat, rye and oats are especially
rich in it). It determines such characteristics of dough
as elasticity and springiness. With the help of digestive
enzyme most people including children successfully
break up gluten that serves as a good source of
albumen. But there is a group of people with genetic
predisposition for gluten provoking coeliacia, quite
a rare disease. When suffering from this disease it is
necessary to eliminate gluten-containing foods from
the diet. You can bake gluten-free dietary bread in our
bread maker (usually of rice, corn, buckwheat flour or
special baking mixes).
7. EXPRESS-MODE
Fast bread-baking. This bread is smaller in size and has
the densest crumb.
Attention! When selecting this program pour water or
milk with the temperature of 48-50°С into the baking
form (use cooking thermometer for measuring
temperature). Temperature plays the crucial role in
extra fast bread making: if it is too low the dough will
not rise in time, and excessively high temperature
will result in yeast destruction.
8. DOUGH
The bread maker kneads dough and lets it rise. Use this
dough to make home-baked pastry (pies, pizza, etc.).

9. JAM AND PRESERVES
Cook savory home-made jam. Cut the fruit for jam
beforehand.
10. CAKE
Add leaven or soda to sweet dough and bake savory
cake or biscuits.
11. SANDWICH
Use this program to bake light and puffy bread with thin
crust.
12. BAKE
Bread maker works as an ordinary electric oven. The
program does not include dough kneading and dough
rise modes. It is used for baking ready-made dough or
for baked bread additional browning. Program settings
are meant for 450 g dough baking, program duration is
1 hour. If using less dough watch the product readiness
by yourself.
Control panel buttons (1)
Every pressing of the control panel buttons is
accompanied by a short sound signal.
«MENU» Button (10)
Select one of 12 programs by pressing «MENU»
button (10) repeatedly. The number of the selected
program (16) will be shown on display (2).
«PAUSE» Button (11)
You can stop the cooking process during the opera-
tion by pressing the «PAUSE» button (11). The cook-
ing program will stop, the run-time of the cooking
program will be flashing on the display. You can
resume the cooking process by pressing the button
(11) again. If no actions are performed, the unit will
resume operation automatically after 10 minutes of
staying in pause mode.
Buttons for delay time setting (12) «Time and
(13) «Time –»
You can pre-set the time when the cooking process is
to be finished.
Select the program, loaf weight and crust color by
using the control panel buttons.
Then set the time of delay by pressing buttons (12)
«Time +» and (13) «Time –» repeatedly (in what time,
starting from the current moment. the baking pro-
cess is to be finished). The time of delay (18) will be
shown on display (2).
Note: The maximal time of delay is no more than 13
hours, setting step is 10 minutes.
Example: If it is 20:30 now, and you want fresh bread
to be ready by 7 o’clock next morning, set the time of
delay of 10 hours 30 minutes.
After the delay time has been set press «START/
STOP» button (15), the two-spot in the remaining
time index (18) will flash, and countdown will start.
To cancel the delay and stop the operation press
and hold the «START/STOP» button (15) until you
hear a long sound signal.
Note: The delay function is not available in programs
6, 7, 9.
Do not apply the delay function when using perishable
foods such as milk, eggs, fruit, etc.
« COLOR» button (14)
Select «LIGHT», «MEDIUM» or «DARK» crust by
pressing «COLOR» button (14) repeatedly (sym-
bol (17)).
Note: This function is not available for programs 8 and
9.
