ART/STOP» Button (15)
Launch the baking program by pressing «START/
STOP» button (15). There will be a short sound sig-
nal, the two-spot in the time index (18) will flash,
and countdown will start.
Other buttons become inactive during the baking
process.
To stop the baking process press and hold «START/
STOP» button (15) until you hear a long sound sig-
nal, after that the operation indicator (15) will go
out.
Additional functions
Heating
In case you have not switched unit off after baking
process, it will automatically pass into heating mode
(the mode duration is 1 hour).
After the heating mode is finished you will hear a
sound signal.
If you wish to cancel the heating function, press and
hold «START/STOP» button (15).
Note: The heating function is not available for pro-
grams 9,12.
Memory
In case of emergency power cutoff during the oper-
ation process the 10 minutes power-off memory
function is activated.
If the power supply is restored within 10 minutes,
the bread maker will continue to perform the pre-
set program from the moment it has been stopped
at.
If there is no power for more than 10 minutes it is
necessary to reload the ingredients and reprogram
the unit.
If the operation was interrupted during the dough
kneading process just press «START/STOP» but-
ton (15) and the program will be restarted from the
very beginning.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Unpack the unit.
Place unit on a flat stable surface. Distance to the
nearest surfaces should be at least 20 cm.
Note: After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two
hours at room temperature before switching on.
The bread maker is intended for operation within a wide
range of temperatures, but excessively high or low
temperature in the room affects dough rising process
and consequently the size and density of bread. The
optimal ambient temperature in the room is from 15 to
34°С.
Open the lid (3) pulling it by the ledges.
Take the baking form (5) by the handle, turn it in the
direction of UNLOCK arrow and pull upwards.
Close the lid (3), switch the unit on by plugging the
power plug into the socket. There will be a long
sound signal, the display (2) will show the number
of the first program (16), the operation time index
«3:00» (18) and symbol (17), denoting the standard
baking settings: crust color is medium.
Select «BAKE» program by pressing «MENU» but-
ton (10) repeatedly, press «START/STOP» button
(15) and let the unit warm up for 10 minutes.
Note: During the first operation some smell from
the heating element and small amount of smoke is
possible, this is normal.
Switch bread maker off in 10 minutes. To do so
press and hold the «START/STOP» button (15) until
you hear a long sound signal, take the power plug
out of the socket.
Open the lid (3) and let the unit cool down.
Wash the baking form (5), paddle (6), measuring
cup (8), spoon (7) and hook (9) with a soft sponge
and a neutral detergent.
Dry the removable parts.
The unit is ready for use.
USING THE UNIT
Fix the paddle (6) on the form (5) axle.
Note: It is desirable to grease the paddle with butter
before assembly to avoid dough ingress under the
paddle (6) during operation and to facilitate paddle
removal (6) from the baked bread.
Put the ingredients into the form (5) in the sequence
described in the recipe. Usually the ingredients are
added in the following order:
1. liquids,
2. dry ingredients (sugar, salt, flour),
3. yeast and leaven.
Note: Yeast should not come in contact with the liquids
or salt before the dough kneading. Make a cavity in the
flour with your finger and put the yeast there.
Wipe spilled ingredients or liquids from the form
(5) surface.
Take form (5) by the handle, put it into the process
chamber and turn it in the direction of LOCK
arrow.
Close the lid (3), plug the unit in.
Select the necessary program by pressing «MENU»
button (10) repeatedly.
Set the crust color by pressing the «COLOR» button
(14) repeatedly.
Set the delay time by pressing buttons (12) «Time
+» and (13) «Time -».
Note: If you want to start baking immediately skip delay
time setting.
Press «START/STOP» button (15) to launch the
program.
To pause baking process press «PAUSE» button (11).
Consequential sound signals inform that the pro-
gram is completed.
After the completion of programs (except for pro-
grams 9 and 12) the unit will pass into heating
mode, symbols «0:00» will appear on the display,
and the two-spot will flash.
When the heating cycle is finished there will be a
sound signal and the standard settings of the com-
pleted program will be shown on the display (2).
