If one of the wheels stops functioning correctly, it is recommended that all four wheels
be replaced. Depending on how much the wheels have worn, replacing only one
wheel could hinder the smooth motion of the scanner.
5.3 Removing the Yoke Pivoting Beam
Between the yoke pivoting beam and the SLA rail there are two bearings and a sleeve.
If you need to perform maintenance on these parts, they can be separated from each
other to give you better access. To do so, follow the procedure to remove the yoke
pivoting beam.
This procedure is also part of the procedure “Flipping a Probe Holder” on page 48.
To remove the yoke pivoting beam
1. Using a 2.5 mm hex key, unscrew and remove the screw located at the back of the
yoke pivoting beam (Figure 5-3 on page 74).
