Administrator Login Failure

If you are unable to perform an administrator login (because the username and

password information has become corrupted, or you have forgotten it, for

example), you can clear the login information with the following procedure:

1. Power off the eco PDU and remove its Ethernet module.

2. Short the jumper labeled J3.

3. Power on the eco PDU.

4. Wait for the ATEN logo to disappear from the LCD display, this indicates

the eco PDU is powered on, and then power off the eco PDU.

5. Remove the jumper cap from J3.

6. Close the Ethernet module and start the eco PDU.

After you start, you can use the default username and password to log in.
