Configure IP multicast flow control
Use ip multicast rate-limit to restrict the flow of multicast messages receiving or sending on a port in a range
source/group. Use no ip multicast rate-limit to disable flow control.
Use the following command to configure input stream of a multicast flow to be n kbps:
